William (Bill) Moran the Broker/Owner lifetime passion for real estate was ignited at the age of 16, while he was working as an electrician in New York City, servicing the buildings along Queens Blvd. He found inspiration in his grandfather, who immigrated from Italy in 1921 and was a shoe shiner in the Chrysler Building by trade. His grandfather had a knack for buying and renovating homes and would bring family members in to work on these projects. It was through this family-oriented entrepreneurship, that Bill developed a deep appreciation for the industry.

In the mid-1980s, Bill embarked on a journey to California to pursue his real estate career. He obtained his real estate license and joined the local Century  21 office, where he not only purchased his first home using an FHA loan but also excelled as the office sales manager and trainer. With a keen interest in investment property analysis and financing, he facilitated his first 1031 exchange and played a pivotal role in leasing and selling numerous shopping centers and apartment buildings.

In the early 1990s, Bill decided to explore the finance side of real estate and worked as a loan officer for a local mortgage banking company. His ability to successfully close challenging deals quickly earned him a stellar reputation. In 1993, he took the leap and established his own mortgage company, assisting countless first-time buyers in achieving their dream of homeownership. Bill also became the go-to real estate expert for the local LA university, providing guidance to many athletic coaches. Additionally, his company collaborated with a local developer to design affordable programs for buyers of their newly built homes.

During the early 2000s, Bill expanded his ventures by establishing a private lending firm and helping create a real estate investment fund. The fund acquired hundreds of homes for resale and rental purposes, catering to low-income families. Later, Bill played a crucial role in the liquidation of bank-owned properties during the  2008 market crash, representing a prominent mortgage bank. On the acquisition side, he successfully established a buying and rehab platform for a local investor.

Today, as the driving force behind Pacific Financial, Bill remains dedicated to providing what he calls “no-hype”, honest, and genuine real estate assistance to the community. Much like his grandfather, Bill is leading a team consisting of family and friends, that prioritizes client satisfaction over commission checks, ensuring that every client receives informed and personalized real estate services.
